In Kathmandu, Pokhara and in the main trekking regions, luxury hotels are available for your comfort and enjoyment. Internationally renowned names such as Hyatt, Radisson have made there presence in the last year. On the other end, special lodges and cheap room are available for backpackers. And even sleeping in Nepali homes and villages is not uncommon. For the latter you will have to learn to speak some Nepali though.
